Services I Offer
Let me help you make sense of the difficulties that you are going through.
I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for many psychological problems such as anxiety, PTSD, phobias, panic disorder, OCD, health anxiety, stress, agoraphobia, depression, perinatal anxiety or depression, and any long term medical conditions that affect mood.
I also offer counselling for bereavement or loss, or during times of adjustment in your life.

How Therapy is Delivered
Therapy can be delivered Face to Face, or Online via Skype or Telephone
In certain circumstances I can offer therapy in your home following a full assessment face to face first.
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Session length can be adapted at a reduced fee for people with long term medical conditions who prefer shorter sessions
I live in Oxted, Surrey in the UK.

Assessment
I can offer a Free 15 minute consultation by email or on the phone by arrangement. Please text or email initially
Full Assessments can be conducted Face to Face, or online only
Full Assessments usually take 50 minutes
The purpose of the assessment is to obtain a summary of your current difficulties, any relevant past events, and to help us together decide which therapy suits your current difficulties
In the rare event that I cannot offer you therapy I will be able to signpost you to a more suitable service

Fees
Assessments: £80
Therapy Sessions each: £80
Discounted fees for lower paid workers are possible at my discretion
I am unable to offer therapy for anyone under the age of 18 years old

Privacy Policy
I am registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner Office Registration: ZB333463)
The professional body that regulates my work, and my insurers, require that I maintain records of treatment for 7 years following the end of therapy, after which time any records will be destroyed.
Safeguarding: If I believe someone is at risk of serious harm I may contact the appropriate organisation or agency to report my concerns.
In addition to the above the law states that money laundering, drug/human trafficking and acts of terrorism, or potential ones, must be reported to the police.

As an experienced NHS psychological therapist, with a background as an NHS health professional as a Registered Nurse and then as a Health Visitor, I have had the privilege of helping countless people make lasting changes to their mental health and well-being.
