How Therapy is Delivered

Therapy can be delivered Face to Face, or Online via Skype or Telephone

In certain circumstances I can offer therapy in your home following a full assessment face to face first.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Session length can be adapted at a reduced fee for people with long term medical conditions who prefer shorter sessions

I live in Oxted, Surrey in the UK.

I can offer a Free 15 minute consultation by email or on the phone by arrangement. Please text or email initially

Full Assessments usually take 50 minutes

The purpose of the assessment is to obtain a summary of your current difficulties, any relevant past events, and to help us together decide which therapy suits your current difficulties
